
TEACHING
Currently based in London, Emily is an enthusiastic teacher, teaching privately, as well as teaching in a South East London School . Emily strives for the best for her pupils, tailoring lessons to an individuals needs, whether this is teaching an exam syllabus, preparing for performances or simply singing for fun. Emily's pupils vary in standard with a recent pupil successfully gaining a place at the Royal Birmingham Junior Conservatoire.

Emily spent a year working in the Music Department at St Paul's Cathedral School . Whilst there her duties included running a variety of chamber groups, taking orchestral sectionals, and helping boarding choristers with practice.
​
During her own school years Emily's interest in the benefit and power of music as a tool to help disabled individuals, was sparked when she helped to run Kids Camp, a week long course for children at the Phoenix School, Emily has also been into care homes, singing for and working with people suffering from Dementia.
As well as one to one teaching, Emily has recently launched All Aboard Opera!'s educational programme Opera Shorts producing condensed operas and workshops, with the aim to engage new audiences through work in schools, community groups, and care homes.
